Our Story

Welcome to Femme Brulee.
From Brows to Brazilians, we do it all.

Sugaring is a more gentle, all natural way to remove hair. There is generally less redness, irritation and ingrown hairs associated with it, making it great for people who might have sensitive skin or want a more natural option. Forget about shaving or regular waxing that causes irritation, ingrown hairs, and razor bumps.

After having my two daughters (Lucy & Heidi) I made the decision to leave my career in Marketing and pursue starting my own business as an esthetician. This decision allowed me to manage my own schedule, and give me more time to be with my family while my girls are young. I have been getting sugared for years and I absolutely love it, and have always recommended it to everybody I know. If you’ve never been sugared, and want to know more about it, or even want to try it on a small area to see what it’s like, reach out! I’d love to show you what’s so great about sugaring

A product so safe,
you could eat it

Sugar paste is made from 100% organic ingredients: lemon juice, water, and sugar, with no chemicals, fragrances or coloring. It is hypoallergenic, causing no skin irritation. Once you try Sugaring, I bet you never go back to shaving or waxing.

Exceptional service and
careful technique

Sugar paste is applied at body temperature and will not burn your skin. Sugar cannot adhere to live skin cells. This means less discomfort for you and less trauma to your skin. It is removed with the direction of hair growth, which means less hair breakage, irritation & ingrown hairs.

My goal is to make your experience as comfortable as possible. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, there is some discomfort with hair removal. It’s not a relaxing spa treatment, but I promise the discomfort dissipates within about 5 seconds. It’s 20 minutes of your life for smooth, lasting results and you are going to be so obsessed and addicted to the results. Your hair doesn't grow back nearly as thick and you won't even see any hair for up to a few weeks. Well worth it I'd say!
